任何在3個月內無編輯或日誌記錄的管理員、行政員將因不活躍而被除權。
三個月內沒有對濫用過濾器作出任何修改的濫用過濾器管理員亦會被除權。
他們可以隨時通過重新確認投票再次申請這些權限。
寬限期
寬限期是執行該方針的一種可選方式。 寬限期機制是指，當非活躍用戶的權限將在兩周後被撤銷時，會設定兩周的緩衝期讓這些權限自然到期撤除。
其會向非活躍用戶發送額外通知，且用戶隨時可以自行恢復其權限。
