任何不活跃3个月的任何管理员、行政员或非监管员监督员将被除权。 滥用过滤器管理员如果在三个月内没有对任何滥用过滤器作出修改，他们亦会被除权。 他们可以在任何时间重新请求权限。
当监管员在过去六个月没有任何操作，他们会被除权。而系统管理员在过去一年没有任何操作，他们亦会被除权。
这些权限可以在一个小时内复权；否则，将进行一场重新确认投票。
