任何不活躍3個月的任何管理員、行政員或非監管員監督員將被除權。 濫用過濾器管理員如果在三個月內沒有對任何濫用過濾器作出修改，他們亦會被除權。 They may re-request the rights at any time. Stewards will be demoted after 6 months of inactivity.
