界面管理员是一种应许编辑所有CSS、JSON、JavaScript、和其他界面的用户权限。

自2020年7月21日，出于安全考虑，仅监管员和系统管理员可给予并撤销此权限（见Special:ListGroupRights）。此前，行政员也可给予此权限。

如你十分需要更新界面CSS/JS，可在此申请，但需由监管员进行安全检查。

界面管理员只给予示范过CSS/JS能力的用户。如用户在其他非测试维基上有此权限，也可给予。

注：此权限不能只当“勋章”用，必须定期使用。监管员会定期查看非监管员的贡献，以决定是否还需要权限。
