  过滤器管理员图标

滥用过滤器（或称编辑过滤器）是允许管理员对某些破坏性或扰乱性编辑施加控制的工具，而滥用过滤器管理员拥有更广泛的控制权限；用户可被管理员禁止查看和编辑编辑过滤器。当前的过滤器可在Special:AbuseFilter查阅。若滥用过滤器配置不当或出现细微失误，都可能造成严重干扰。

用户权限

被滥用过滤器封禁的用户 (abusefilter-restricted)

被滥用过滤器封禁的用户无法查看过滤器、修改过滤器或查看滥用日志。该权限组可由管理员酌情授予或撤销，亦可在滥用过滤器实施社区部分封禁时自动生效。

濫用過濾器管理員 (abusefilter-admin)

仅滥用过滤器管理员具备修改受限操作（即封禁）的滥用过滤器的能力，并可为这类过滤器启用相关操作。管理员无需自行授予此权限，因其作为管理员工具包的一部分将自动授予。

用户组的授予与移除

Because the abuse filter administrator user right could potentially cause huge disruption from filters that are configured incorrectly (i.e., set to block or revoke autoconfirmed status), it would be assigned via a user request and following a vote on the community portal and/or a consensus of at least two stewards supporting it.

If a user misuses the rights granted within these groups, a steward shall promptly remove the rights and, if deemed appropriate, may enact further disciplinary measures, including user blocking.

Furthermore, in adherence to the inactivity policy, if a user does not use the permissions associated with the abuse filter administrator group for a maximum period of three months, their access may be subject to revocation. In addition, due to the lack of exact revocation criteria otherwise, the right may be revoked using either way it could be granted, or in an emergency, by a single Steward, who may then be cross checked by the other stewards or the entire community.
