用户查核是一项受限的特殊页面，仅对监管员和系统管理员完全开放。
获得授权的用户可通过该工具查看特定账户使用过的IP地址。
他们同样能够查看浏览器和用户客户端相关的技术信息。
A log of CheckUser actions is kept privately. Due to the sensitivity of the tool, CheckUser rights will not be granted to any non-stewards or system administrators except under exceptional circumstances. Administrators and bureaucrats, however, can test the tool on their own account and IP address.
