A humble request to add more user groups with slightly stricter requirements.

Community portal uneditable
- Why is the Community portal protect? It is supposed to be for all the community not user only. It says on Server that there is only one server, but on portal you say "backend", do you mean there is frotend also? --171.25.193.20 09:09, 4 November 2017 (UTC)

Avoid excessive use of hideuser
Dear MacFan4000,
I have been on this wiki for a while and have seen hideuser used a lot on blocks. Unless there is a need, could you please unhide the blocks that were hideusered and make a policy which says hideuser is not to be used excessively. This is in the interests of maximum community transparency/accountability. Thank you for your cooperation

- @Neonek12: We identified an issue where relatively new users who have became a crat could in theory insert malware into common.js. MacFan4000 decided to take IA away from non-stewards to prevent this. ImprovedWikiImprovment (talk) 20:44, 21 July 2020 (UTC)

Glitches
Hello, I noticed some glitches you may want to have a look at. One is that if I look at someone's contributions like Special:Contributions/Example, I get an error "Namespaces with negative values are not supported" tho I can still see contributions when using the dropdown menu for search by namespace, even if I invert selection to search for all but one. Another glitch is that I can't see the difference between revisions when I click the cur or prev button when looking at history, instead I just see a blank page, and IDK how to patrol the edits if that doesn't work. Also patrol button is missing right now for the new page Main_Page/zh-tw. Anyway could be the software update, or else I messed something up in my preferences, thought you should know. CU Request
I am requesting CU as I have reason to believe that user JJPMaster is a sock of User:WEWILLNOTMOVETOARIZONA. He is confrontational (see my talk, he referred to my adding a script as "idea theft"), and requested permissions here, and as soon as he got them requested permissions on Miraheze Test Wiki. Requests for CheckUser
- A full conversation is at User talk:A#Question, but I believe there is sufficient evidence to warrant a check on User:ᗡ.
- A number of linked spambots, as can be seen on Special:AbuseLog, are attempting to post similar junk about jerseys. May be worth checking to see if a rangeblock on the underlying IPs is possible without causing too much collateral damage.
Edit requests
- Test Wiki:Privacy policy can only be edited by stewards and needs Template:Policy transcluded to categorize correctly.
- Main Page has a stray comma that should be removed; says "Test Wiki, is a place" should just be "Test Wiki is a place" admittedly a minor error, but worth fixing.

About suppressed account
Hi MacFan4000. Today I came across an account that had been suppressed, and I can't quite understand why. In theory, this only applies to accounts with abusive usernames or personal information, and that name does not meet either of those criteria. Remove interface admin for Naleksuh
Can you remove Naleksuh’s interface admin permission according to the inactivity policy? Their other advanced permissions (admin and crat) were revoked a few days ago, but we need you to revoke the int-admin.
