Test Wiki:行政员政策

此界面记载了一项官方政策。 该界面已被社区或系统管理员通过，所有用户必须遵守此政策。对此政策的修改应反映共识。如原英语版本与翻译版本有出入，应以英文版本为准。

此政策记载了取得行政员权限的要求和过程。

基本要求

成为行政员的基本要求如下：

• 为注册用户，因 IP 账户技术上无法取得权限。
• 至少在 Test Wiki 上有十次编辑。
• 至少拥有管理员权限四天。

特例

一位行政员或监管员可如需给予特例，当以下任意一项成立：

• 如用户此前有过行政员权限，且权限因不活跃去除。
• 如监管员认为用户值得信赖。

淘汰条件

行政员权限不得给予因此前滥用此权限而被去除的用户，也不得给予被封禁的用户。无论哪种情况，用户必须：

(壹）请求监管员重新基于权限或解除封禁，或

(b) undergo a community vote on the community portal to effect the same.

Users are restricted to holding bureaucrat rights on only one account. Violations will result in the immediate removal of excess rights, with users given the opportunity to select one account to retain such privileges. Exceptions may be granted by stewards or other bureaucrats for bot accounts. Stewards may grant exceptions for other cases.
