Piccadilly, formerly Seiyena, is a long term sockpuppeteer of Test Wiki. They have Autism and ADHD which is often used as a reason for their disruptive behavior. Common patterns to looks for is the editing of random talk pages and adding thinks like "Hey ____" or "Hi ____". The blanks are often filled with slurs or other offensive remarks, but not always.
