 | Stewards may add bureaucrat permissions to a Bots user account at the request of a operator without consensus, and without permission a bureaucrats bot will not be able to add crate privileges to the account if they are not allowed to do so by one of the 4 stewards, and that user's crat privileges may be removed without prior warning or consideration. |
