（一）請求監管員重新基於權限或解除封禁，或
（二）通過在社區中心的投票。
一位使用者必須只有一個擁有行政員權限的帳戶。違規帳戶的權限將被去除（使用者選擇其中一個帳戶）。唯機器人帳戶特例可被監管員或其他行政員給予。監管員可為其他情況給予特例。
