Shortcut

The confirmed user group gives the same permissions as the autoconfirmed user group, while also being assignable by normal methods (not implicit). These rights are bundled into the standard administrator user group and can be tested with. They can also be added to anyone who isn't autoconfirmed or an administrator at an administrator's discretion.
