- Stewards
Unrestricted access to add and remove userrights, Abuse filter administrators, Checkusers, Interface administrators, Non-steward suppressors and Supressors.
Remember to advise new sysops to translate MediaWiki on [translatewiki.net].
- Bureaucrats
Add or remove the Bots, Interwiki administrators, Administrators and Bureaucrats permissions.
Remove the flood flag from any administrator.
After making changes, please ensure to update any relevant lists or records as needed.

To add a new administrator, type the username (without the User: namespace prefix) and select the appropriate rights. See also the user rights log. It's recommended to include a link to the user's request in the comment field (like this: [[Test Wiki:Request permissions#newlyMintedAdmin]]). You should then mark the candidacy ([[TW:Requests for permissions#newlyMintedAdmin]]) as successful by adding |
- Administrators
Add and remove the translation administrator from themselves.
Add and remove Autopatrolled users, Autochecked users, Users blocked from chat, Chat moderators, Confirmed users, Patrollers, Reviewers and Translation administrators.
