- @Lionel Cristiano: Hello, If you like to use Special:CheckUser but crats right need to be for it's use and generally Checkusers permission are not grant to other user due to privacy concerns and if this permission is rarely granted to any user after the community final discussion.This permission only grant by Stewards.
