(based on Raidarr's idea of an "autopatrolled" esque status for bureaucrats) Trusted users are users that are trusted with the ability to manage bureaucrat rights and block users independently of actually having bureaucrat and administrator rights themselves. They can be appointed by the consensus of at least 2 trusted users or by a steward, in their sole discretion. The group is not requestable.
