Any administrators, bureaucrats, or non-steward suppressors that have no edits or logged actions within the last three months, will be demoted for inactivity. They may re-request the rights at any time. Steward or system administrator rights will be removed after a year of inactivity. These rights may be restored after 1 hour of them being removed; otherwise, a reconfirmation vote will be held.
