::Yes, this is correct, as gaining sysop and bureaucrat rights and being active for the wiki is the minimum for Steward or System Administrator rights, with additional System Administrators requiring know how to use PHP, Git, SSH, recommended MySQL, MariaDB, Linux Debian, SQLite, PostgreSQL, Apache, Github, and Phabricator and gaining Steward rights.
