+Recently [[User:Aviram7|Aviram7]] granted bureaucrat rights to his friend [[User:Rohit|Rohit]], but I removed it as it was a violation of the bureaucrat policy.Aviram7 is a trusted user with advanced rights like IA, and since he knew Rohit personally , I don't think there would be any disruption.
