Their rights were set to be removed on June 3rd anyway, which is the correct date of rights removal. This is wheel warring, as the policy does not explicitly state not to use grace periods and because it doesn't change the outcome of the time of removal. I have re-instated the grace period because your revert was wheel-warring and not supported by policy.
