::Looks a bit suspicious to me. I don't want to accuse anyone at all, but it seems kind of suspicious that just 24 minutes after Harvici was granted bureaucrat, this account appeared with a generic username and immediately requested three advanced rights, with the request being granted just 4 minutes after.
