Administrators can perform many technical actions, including blocking users (sometimes for serious cause if they are ''only'' administrators and not [[Test Wiki:Bureaucrats|Bureaucrats]], which have their own recommendations, but only in the case of obvious, serious, and ongoing or imminent disruption), deleting pages, and protecting pages.
