As a general suggestion, you may use the comment section at TW:RFP or post at TW:CP to let others know in advance if you intend to create a large number of pages for testing. Done. First of all,

In my decision to lift the block, I initially stated that “To prevent future confusion and blocks, such import actions may only be performed with a bot account and only with the permission of the community or a steward.” This is being revoked because no formal permission is required.
