Piccadilly (talk · contribs), formerly Seiyena, is a good faith, but long-term sockpuppeteer of Test Wiki. She is not necessarily a vandal, but rather a persistent disruptive editor. She has autism and ADHD which is often used as a reason for her disruptive behavior. Common patterns to look for include the editing of random talk pages and adding things like "Hey ____" or "Hi ____". The blanks are often filled with slurs or other offensive remarks, but not always.
As of the moment, she is banned by the community.
