Hi Tailsultimatefan3891,

I was originally just going to give you a final warning, but had to partially block you as you subsequently posted a new discussion at [[Test Wiki:Community portal]] immediately after my reverting your multiple added proposals in rapid succession. While it is an indefinite [[Test Wiki:Stewards|Steward]] block, I will unblock you immediately if you promise not to start more than one discussion as a ''person'' at any given time. That is to say, until a discussion you start as a person, regardless of which user account you started it under, has been closed, you are indefinitely prohibited from starting a new discussion concurrently.
