Statement: Alright, I'm volunteering myself to the community. It may be a bit too soon, but I'm still volunteering. I'm active all the time, instantly block clear spam-only and vandalism-only accounts, and just maintain the community. I feel steward tools would be of use. I have time to make a commitment.
