:: I wouldn't have granted either. Usually you are supposed to wait at least 24 hours and make at least a few edits/logged actions. I don't know anything about what you are doing on other wikis so I will let someone else discuss that, but we don't want any spammers or trolls here, and so I do not think I will be granting you any more rights until you explain things to someone who knows, you can still test the admin buttons tho.
