三个月内没有对滥用过滤器作出任何修改的滥用过滤器管理员亦会被除权。
他们可以随时通过重新确认投票再次申请这些权限。

宽限期是执行该方针的一种可选方式。 Grace periods involve making the inactive user's rights expire in 2 weeks when they would have otherwise been removed in 2 weeks.
It adds extra notification to the inactive user, who can always change their rights back.
