I would like to nominate TheAP for the tools. As he is a technical whiz, I think that he is fit for system administratorship, as well, so that will also be a part of this nomination. He has developed [[User:Inactivity Bot|Inactivity bot]], which is extremely useful, and he fits all the prerequisites for sysadminship.
