::Hey BZPN, the bot is designed to run continuously unless stopped manually. Every minute, it checks recent changes to identify users who have made rights changes. It keeps track of each user’s actions in a separate list. If a user's list exceeds 5 rights changes, the bot automatically removes their rights and blocks them for 7 days.
