I don't see anything wrong with having a dedicated page—a bot being given Bureaucrat permissions is pretty notable in my opinion and so there should be a publicly-viewable and '''easy-to-access''' place. Even though the approval may not require community consensus, anyone can just go to the page to know more about the bot and any relevant discussions, rather than scouting recent changes or looking at stewards' talk pages. Additionally, the administrator newsletter doesn't appear to go into much depth on the tasks of the bot so I think this page should be kept.
