Patrollers are users with the ability to mark unpatrolled revisions as patrolled; in addition their own edits are automatically marked as patrolled. They may also prevent the automatic creation of redirects when moving a page, as well as quickly revert the edits of the most recent editor of a page using the rollback feature.
