By default, anonymous and non-confirmed users are disallowed from editing others' user pages (by filter 122).
Usage[edit source]
Place {{unlocked userpage}}
anywhere on your userpage. Note the filter looks for the exact string {{unlocked userpage}}
; do not change the capitalization or spacing as you would be able to do with other templates. Hiding it using <!-- {{unlocked userpage}} -->
does not work, and is pointless since the template is already only visible by viewing the source text of the page.
