::::I agree that I should not have initially reverted Chrs' change to the abuse filter. I had done that because I felt that the restriction added to it wasn't necessary. However, after talking on IRC with him, I reinstated his change. The only reason I disabled the filter afterwards was because I got a notification saying that the filter was throttled, so I tried to fix that the way I knew how to, by disabling and then reenabling the filter again. As for unblocking myself previously, I thought that matter was in the past and not relevant to anything now.
