As a non-commercial site, Test Wiki is not subject to COPPA regulations and law in the US, where we are based. As such, children may use our site. In the EU and UK, or anywhere else with digital age of consent requirements, we use legitimate interest for site operations as the basis for lawful collection and processing, not the user's consent. For "keep me logged in" cookies, we do require consent. In this case, a EU/UK parent may email us through encrypted channels with proof of identity. This consent may be revoked at any time. A parent of a minor, as defined by local law, may exercise the rights defined in "Your Rights".
