यह नीति टेस्ट विकी पर नौकरशाह अधिकार हासिल करने के इच्छुक उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए मानदंड और प्रक्रियाओं की रूपरेखा तैयार करती है।
पात्रता मापदंड
टेस्ट विकी पर नौकरशाही अधिकारों के लिए पात्र होने के लिए, उपयोगकर्ता को निम्नलिखित मानदंडों को पूरा करना होगा:
- एक पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता होना चाहिए क्योंकि अपंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता तकनीकी रूप से उपयोगकर्ता अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं कर सकते।
- टेस्ट विकी पर कम से कम 10 संपादन किए हों।
- कम से कम 4 दिनों के लिए एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर रहा होगा।
अपवाद
एक नौकरशाह या स्टीवर्ड, जैसा लागू हो, निम्नलिखित में से कोई एक लागू होने पर इस नीति में अपवाद बना सकता है:
- यदि किसी उपयोगकर्ता के पास पहले नौकरशाही अधिकार थे, और निष्क्रियता के कारण अधिकार हटा दिया गया था, तो उन्हें उपरोक्त मानदंडों को पूरा किए बिना अधिकार प्रदान किए जा सकते हैं।
- एक स्टीवर्ड किसी ऐसे उपयोगकर्ता को उपरोक्त आवश्यकताओं से छूट दे सकता है जिसे वे भरोसेमंद मानते हैं।
अयोग्यताएँ
Bureaucrat rights will not be granted to users who have previously misused the right, where that misuse resulted in the revocation of their bureaucrat rights. They also shall not be granted to a user who has been banned from receiving them. In either case, users must either
(a) apply to a Steward to have the permission re-added or their editing/user restriction removed, as applicable, or
(b) undergo a community vote on the Community Portal to effect the same.
Users are restricted to holding bureaucrat rights on only one account. Violations will result in the immediate removal of excess rights, with users given the opportunity to select one account to retain such privileges. Exceptions may be granted by stewards or other bureaucrats for bot accounts. Stewards may grant exceptions for other cases.
