When I last investigated this in November, I saw obvious sockpuppetry together with [[w:IDHT|highly disruptive]] vandalism. I'm not prepared to restore your user talk page access at this point, but if one bureaucrat agrees to extending you a ''modest'' leash to formulate a new appeal, by way of a reply here, I'd be open to at least restoring your user talk page access. Note I would want to see an indefinite user restriction limiting you to one user account and restricting you against using VPNs/open proxies without express on-wiki consent of a [[Test Wiki:Stewards|Steward]], but in addition to that, I would also like to see you publicly acknowledge ''all'' of your incorrect behaviour, how you plan to correct that, and, crucially, what, if any, other counter-measures you propose should you contravene your promises in the future.
