This is partially my fault as I meant to try and deploy [[User:Arcversin|Arcversin]]'s abuse filter here, and add an <code>abusefilter-maintainer</code> user group, grantable by Stewards at Steward discretion, to allow Arcversin to implemented required amendments to restricted abuse filters.
