== Notes for new section in Community Portal ==
The purpose of this proposal is for the bureaucrats and admins to agree on when I can request rights here, so there's no confusion. Also so we agree on what should be done if filter 88 is triggered again and it involves problematic language. I'm hoping that if the active admins and bureaucrats can come to an agreement here, we don't have to get the stewards involved unless absolutely necessary.
While this proposal is open (which will be around a week I'm thinking), I will not be requesting any rights, even minor ones
Proposal 1: 2 weeks before admin can be assigned, which any single crat can give. Bureaucrat may be granted a week after that assuming there have not been any problems.

Proposal 3: We use the proposal 3PPYB6 mentioned on the permissions request page:
": adminship and cratship will be re-granted via a bureaucrat-by-bureaucrat discussion in which we will determine your worthiness of the rights. If you trigger filter 88 deliberately (note that this is different from a false positive), your adminship and cratship '''will be revoked''' until bureaucrats can further decide on whether or not you still deserve the rights.
