::I thought there wouldn't be any harm in testing the block as long as I kept the page included in the block. As for the autoblock, I usually turn it off when testing blocks on myself, so wasn't thinking that by doing so I was interfering with a steward's action. I apologize, I think I'll just refrain from testing blocks until May 15.
