:Partial, temporary block by AlPaD was okay. This is partially my fault as I meant to try and deploy [[User:Arcversin|Arcversin]]'s abuse filter here, and add an <code>abusefilter-maintainer</code> user group, grantable by Stewards at Steward discretion, to allow Arcversin to implemented required amendments to restricted abuse filters. Given [[User:Seiyena|Seiyena]]'s useful counter-vandalism work, though they should've used <code>rollback</code> instead of <code>delete</code>, I've restored the permissions with I'm comfortable. Administrator may be regranted, on or after May 1st, in bureaucrat discretion. After that, bureaucrat may be regranted, with a Steward's blessing on or after May 15th.
