Now I didn't see anything about wikimedia toolforge specifically, but I would think that similar princeples are in play so it should be possible to run those tools here. However, it's my general understanding that compared to other wikifarms, wikimedia is somewhat more security conscious and much more bureacratic, so some kind of approval might be needed.
