| ::::::When a user's rights are changed, they are notified via email, (or at least I am). So by setting an expiry for 2 weeks, I am notifying them so they can come online and extend the length of their permissions. This is how I have done it on multiple wikis, and the outcome is the same. This is wheel warring, as the policy does not explicitly state not to use grace periods and because it doesn't change the outcome of the time of removal.
