			:[[User:X\|X]] the provision you referred to refers to how to handle administrator disputes (for example, if an administrator disagrees with a temporary reblock of Seiyena, then if two bureaucrats concur that shouldn't have been a block, there is no issue for them to revert the unblock). Similarly, I believe I also said if Seiyena receives three forms of progressive discipline and needs to be reblocked indefinitely, there would be no issues with a bureaucrat temporarily blocking them indefinitely until reblocked by a steward.
