I looked through Archive 07 of the community portal, and although there was a proposal to amend TestWiki:Bots, it wasn't adopted, and I was simply wondering which proposal the edit I external linked to referenced. In my close, when I referenced a proposal, what I meant was that I planned to re-propose a similar proposal, with some modifications, of course, for discussion, so until we have the policy supports in place, I think the most recent proposal was a bit of the cart before the horse.
