: The one-strike policy was Justarandomamerican's idea. While I did agree to it, I did not utilize it and infact you exhausted multiple changes. Your talk page is cluttered with warnings that, had you been subject to a one-strike policy, would not have been placed and would instead have resulted in an immediate block.
