Editing while Logged Out[edit source]

Hello. I'm Justarandomamerican, a Steward here at Test Wiki. I've suppressed your IP address contained in your recent edit to Patrol test, as it is standard practice to suppress the IP addresses of registered users. Would you like it unsuppressed? Justarandomamerican (talk) 03:03, 24 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

  • Hi Justarandomamerican (talk · contribs), it is interesting that if username or IP address is suppressed, non-steward can't change visibility for revision itself. I don't think leaving my IP public would violate my privacy, but keep it suppressed because this will increase my potential for testing. And seriously don't take acetaminophen (paracetamol) with alcohol because this combination will cause liver failure which can be fatal. I don't take neither acetaminophen or alcohol at all and use acetylcysteine as a dietary supplement. Arkadiy (talk) 17:14, 25 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Non-stewards can't change the visibility of suppressed revisions for everyone's privacy. I don't think Justa has ever mentioned using acetaminophen (paracetamol) with alcohol... X (talk) 12:39, 31 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Editing while not logged in[edit source]

Hello Arkadiy!

I hope you are well. I saw you were testing with editing while logged out twice now. Please don't do this intentionally. This is for your privacy and security. If you were not already aware, hackers can use your IP address to find your geographic location, hack your device, and monitor your web activity. With this in mind, I am asking that you please email one of the suppressors (Justarandomamerican, Drummingman, or X) before you perform further edits while not logged in. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation. X (talk) 14:51, 3 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Please reply to this message to inform us that you have read it and understand. X (talk) 14:53, 3 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I understand the risks of publishing IP address, but thankfully I using operating system which is impossible to hack, called macOS Sonoma. Arkadiy (talk) 03:36, 9 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Okay! Would you like us to stop suppressing your IP when you do edit logged out? Justarandomamerican (talk) 14:42, 9 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Permissions removed[edit source]

Hello, Arkadiy. Because you have not made an edit nor a logged action within the last three months, your rights have been removed in accordance with the inactivity policy. This removal is entirely procedural and does not reflect your behavior at all. If you plan to be active again and use the tools, you can request them back any time at the permissions page. If you have any questions or believe I made a mistake, please let me know. Thanks. Jody (talk) 03:33, 10 June 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
