*I'm going to ping @[[User:NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh|NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh]] here as they have had a lot to say about this user. Myself, I see that this user has not ''deliberately bad-faith'' triggered filter 88 since the last time I was on here, with the last one on 8 June. That aside, I am ''extremely'' wary of this user having advanced permissions given their long history of abuse, but as NDKDD said it, "this is a test wiki after all. We are here to test things out without worrying about the system or being blocked, not just to play this hierachical bureaucrat & admin game by using permissions we never have on actual, productive wikis." Seiyena historically has sworn up and down and left and right without keeping that promise; reminiscent of a child having their fingers crossed when making a promise. But I am seeing some improvement coming from this user. I very weakly {{support}} having this user granted administrator, but if I see ''one more bad-faith trigger'' of abuse filter 88, the rights '''will be revoked without discussion'''. So what I've gathered from the statements above is that I can regain admin, however, if I edit filter 88 or trigger it with bad words, I will be demoted without warning. That sounds fair to me. Additionally, constructive editing here would do you well to demonstrate to the Miraheze community to your community ban being lifted. So, I would be fine with you being regranted <code>sysop</code> permission. If you keep your nose relatively clean (i.e., minimal nonsensical edits, no choice language [i.e., swearing or racist remarks]), etc., in edit summaries), you could be regranted <code>bureaucrat</code> in a further week or two's time.
