Myself, I see that this user has not ''deliberately bad-faith'' triggered filter 88 since the last time I was on here, with the last one on 8 June. That aside, I am ''extremely'' wary of this user having advanced permissions given their long history of abuse, but as NDKDD said it, "this is a test wiki after all. We are here to test things out without worrying about the system or being blocked, not just to play this hierachical bureaucrat & admin game by using permissions we never have on actual, productive wikis." Seiyena historically has sworn up and down and left and right without keeping that promise; reminiscent of a child having their fingers crossed when making a promise. But I am seeing some improvement coming from this user. I very weakly {{support}} having this user granted administrator, but if I see ''one more bad-faith trigger'' of abuse filter 88, the rights '''will be revoked without discussion'''.
