*{{Comment}} He/She didn’t wrote that the IP was his/hers in summary(blocked edit summary, unblock log both). He didn’t even say "it is a test". Also, it seems [{{fullurl:Special:Log|type=block&page=User:WendiVinson042}} WendiVinson042] is his subaccount, but he hadn’t revealed these accounts are same person(account creation log, user page, edit summary) until he unblocked that account. If I test spam filter, I would use [[Special:MyPage|My userpage]] or [[Test page]].
