| This is an email sent to Test Wiki's staff email address, found on the main page: "Hello, I would like to appeal my current block from Testwiki.wiki. First, I am very sorry for evading my block through IP addresses and creating random pages that way, I definitely should not have done that. Second, if I am allowed to return, I will only use my one account there as well as abide by any other unblock conditions that might be set." This email is presumably from Piccadilly. She requested it be copied to the community portal if necessary. With that being said, as the blocking Steward, I will explain the evidence for the present block. The initial Steward block was by [[User: Drummingman|Drummingman]]. I encountered an IP with behavior similar to Piccadilly, and their UAs were an exact match. Note: She is Steward restricted from appealing until November 17th, however, that restriction ''could'' be overridden here, or it could be upheld and the appeal declined on procedural grounds.
